High Precision M24.0 GO NOGO Metric Thread Ring Gauge
Metric thread ring gauges are precision inspection tools used for checking the thread of outside diameter on screws, bolts and threaded rods. These gauges typically have normal accuracy classifications including 6g, 6h, 7g, 7h, 8g, and 8h.
Thread ring gauges come in GO and NOGO types. The GO ring gauge is machined to a minus tolerance for verification at the maximum material limit, while the NOGO thread ring gauge is machined to a plus tolerance for verification at the minimum material limit of externally threaded components.

Usage Precautions

- Store properly on tool cabinet surfaces or wooden backing plates - never on machine tool holders or guide rails

- If rust appears, soak in gasoline, wipe carefully, and apply anti-rust oil
- Never store working surfaces of two gauges together to prevent sticking
- Clean thoroughly after each use and store in dry conditions
